Yesterday we arrived home in the UK, following our holiday in Vietnam that your company had arranged for us. This email is to thank you and your colleagues for the excellent organisation of the tour. From the moment we were met in Hanoi airport to the final farewell in Saigon, the organisation; the transport; the guides and the hotels all more than met our expectations.
We had a most enjoyable and informative visit and the information from the tour guides significantly contributed to our enjoyment.
We completed two evaluation forms, provided by our first and third guide. Had we been given one for our time in Hue and Hoi An, we would have been equally complimentary of the guide's service.
I am sure that Mike Moran will also be emailing you with other comments but we wanted you to know as soon as possible about our satisfaction and enjoyment of the service you provided.
Thank you again for your excellent service from the first contact to the last goodbye.

" We just wanted to send you a short note to say how much we enjoyed our recent trip to Vietnam. We will never forget our introduction to this most amazing country in Hanoi & have to say we instantly fell in love with this city. From Halong Bay, Hue, Hoian to Saigon it was a whilwind of the most amazing sights, sounds, tastes and smells. It almost impossible to pick a highlight as each city was so unique & special in its own right. But for us Halong Bay was truly memorable and exceeded all our expectations.
We have to say that the balance of the tours on our customized trip were just right with the perfect amount of sightseeing & rest included and our guides & drivers were excellent.We were very impressed with their knowledge and communication skills - and their ever-present smiling faces - nothing was too much trouble for them. Special mention must be given to our guide in Hanoi, Lan who pulled out all the stops when we arrived at the airport to come home and discovered that our flight to Singapore had been cancelled! Within 30 minutes we were booked on a flight the same night to Bangkok and California. Lan and our driver Mr.Min waited at the airport with us until we checked in a waived us through passport control. Service beyond the call of duty! and much appreciated by us both.
Our hotels and resorts were out of this world and we are very glad that we paid the small amount extra to go 5 star - it was a real treat & well worth it. As for the food - wow! We have never eaten and enjoyed food so much in our lives (we are currently searching the yellow pages for our nearest Vietnamese restaurant!) Every restaurant we were taken to by our guides was excellent as were the ones we managed to find for ourselves. However the biggest delight for us was the Vietnamese people - they could not do enough to help you & were always so happy and cheery it was quite humbling.
So, to you & your company ( VIETNAM DISCOVERY TRAVEL ) in Vietnam a huge thank you. We will recommend your company to my collegues.

Customized Trip
The whole family really enjoyed our customized private tour that Vietnam Discovery Travel planned and provided for our family's vacation to Vietnam. Our tour was magical and we could not have asked for a better personal escort-guide and driver than you provided for our tour. Hanoi Stopover - 4 days
I just returned from Viet nam where our tour guide was Nguyen . She was outstanding. I have never seen anyone so dedicated to making sure everyone was happy and satisfied. She went beyond the call of duty. She is not only very professional but also an amazing, caring, loving person. Thanks to her and the rest of the group (we all got along extremely well and consequently overwhelmed some of the restaurants in Hanoi,Saigon when all 24 of us went out together for dinner), the Highlights of Vietnam tour was a real Autumn in the North. The itinerary was great with quite the mixture of cities and rural areas, huge and smaller towns, and the fascinating mixture of Halong Bay . I ended my trip with a cruise on the Baitho Junk which is not part of the tour but should be added on because it is fabulous and would complement the rest of the itinary. I will continue to travel with Vietnam Discovery Travel because I had 2 fabulous trips with you already. Keep up the good work.

HIGHLIGHTS OF VIETNAM -16 DAYS
We have been lucky enough to travel world-wide for many years; we've slummed it, we've bummed it, and we've deluxed it. We've experienced some of the finest hotels in the world - repeat, the world - and some of the humblest.
Last month we travelled with you in Vietnam.
Value for money? Jeez. Fantastic.
Quality of experience? Please, I have to live there. Now.
Attitude of people to us - not in 5 star hotels but on street ? I want to adopt them all.
Quality of guides and drivers? When we are both in tears leaving our guide Mr Ban , you had better believe either we are nuts or something cool just happened.
Our vacation with you guys was quite simply one of the most powerful, stimulating, `feel good' experiences of our lives. Vietnam has blown our hearts, minds, palletes, noses, eyes, ears and souls away.
The itinerary you promised, you delivered. In trumps. God, we loved Vietnam. And you guys.

Vietnam Experience - 15 Days
Cambodia was inspiring; the tour was very much as described in your advertising, but it could not possibly cover the wonder of experiencing the places, people and history of this ancient kingdom.
Our local guide, Tom, was great; he was so caring, helpful and considerate of everyones needs. Our group was just 4 and we got great individual attention. Tom took great pride in his country; he spent time teaching us some language, customs, shared with us the food! He was informative encouraged us to try lots of different tastes. He was really interested in our feedback on all recommended hotels, resturants and the trip's organisation, which was excelent. He was quick to act on any problems.
The highlights for me were the Cambodia Cooking Class, the elephant ride, the people and the food. The FLOATEL was a unique experience which I loved.

"I have just returned from your Vietnam Discovery and last year enjoyed your Inside Cambodia. I am writing to say what great journeys they were and how efficient your company is.
- your brochure is informative, clearly set out and easy to read - the pre-departure information provided is helpful - the city maps provided on the ground in each of the major cities is VERY helpful and full of good hints - having a max of 15 is excellent - all your local guides are knowledgeable and friendly - it all runs like clockwork! - your attention to detail is obvious when we get to experience Hanoi by cylco while other tourists are trapped in a bus - good choice of hotels
We had the best time and would be happy to recommend your company. Vietnam Discovery Travel is my only choice of companies when travelling in Asia. Thanks for a FANTASTIC, MEMORABLE & THOROUGHLY ENJOYABLE time in Vietnam. Keep up the good work!

2006 - Vietnam Discovery - 14 Days
We really enjoyed our journey immensely. Our guide in Hanoi, Hieu was exceptional. His command of English was great. He was very learned and a great provider of historical, political and cultural information. We all (kids included) really enjoyed his company- he's a real stand-out. The Mekong Homestay was great but the visit to one of the hilltribe villages on the way there was the best. We definitely plan to return and will keep Vietnam Discovery Travel in mind when we make the arrangements. Thanks for all the help.
